Matt posts every day
For 30 days, Matt shows up in the group with the next step. A real person guiding you daily, not a drip of recorded lessons.

Starts Friday 30 October
Every afternoon the pressure builds, 4pm arrives, and a drink feels like the only way to switch off. That’s the 4PM loop. The 30 Day Reset is a challenge for people who want to cut back or stop drinking. Matt guides you every day, you follow the 30-day tracker, and a group takes on the same 30 days with you. ADHD or not.

Day 1 starts Friday 30 October
Somewhere around mid afternoon, your brain starts asking for a break. Work is heavy. The day has drained you. A glass of wine or a beer feels like the fastest way to feel normal again.
That is not weakness. It is a habit loop, and habit loops can be changed. You do not need a diagnosis. You do not need to call yourself anything. You just need a way to interrupt it at the exact hour it shows up.
It was never a character flaw. It was a dopamine gap.
The first drink is not the problem. The gap it fills is the problem. Fix the gap and the pull loses its grip.
Alcohol gives the brain an easy hit of dopamine. If you’re ADHD or neurodivergent, that hit can feel harder to turn down, because your brain runs short on dopamine already. If you’re not, the same 4pm gap is still there. The method closes that gap either way.
No diagnosis needed. We don’t card at the door.
You don’t have to work out where to begin. Sign up, save the date, and day one starts 30th October. From then on there’s one thing to do each day, and Matt shows you what it is.

It’s built into The 4PM Reset course. Tick off what you did, honestly. The pattern is the data.
Everyone is taking on the same 30 days together, so the hardest hour is never one you’re facing alone.
A craving has one job: get you from thinking about a drink to the first sip. Win the gap in between and it has nothing. You don’t win it by arguing. You win it by changing what happens next.
Interrupt the cue before it becomes the routine.
Every time you run a new response to the old trigger, you build a new groove.
Run it enough times and the new response becomes the default.
Same brain. Different groove.
Matt’s own map of what tends to change, and when.
Strange and ordinary. The trigger still arrives on schedule. That’s normal, not failure.
Sleep begins changing. That’s the first real evidence.
Mornings improve. Clarity starts arriving.
Confidence builds. A new pattern is taking hold.
You start meeting the version of yourself that was always there.

I’m not a doctor and I’m not in recovery from rock bottom. I’m someone who used to need a drink to switch off at 4pm, and built a way out of it in midlife, on my own terms.
I drank for thirty years and stopped at 52. Two months later, an ADHD diagnosis explained why. I’m 54 now, over 900 days in, and I run this challenge the same way I coach 1:1: no AA, no labels, no B.S. Just a method, a group doing it alongside you, and someone who has actually done it.
